Registration: Please go to www.advancedeventsystems.com to register your team in the tournament.
You will not be be officially entered into the tournament until your entry fee is received by the OVA office. Note the roster entered through AES will not be used as the official tournament roster. An official AAU Roster, printed from aausports.org will be required to be turned in at tournament check-in.
Age Groups/Waves: 10's,12s, 13s, 14s, 15s, 16s, 17s, 18s.
Format: Pool Play Saturday. Single Elimination Tournament Sunday. Pool play will be played in two waves: AM 8:00-2:00 and PM 3:30-8:30
Refereeing Responsibilities: Each team must provide a qualified down ref, scorer, and two line judges for the matches they are assigned to. Not providing an officiating crew will result in a forfeit of the first game of the next scheduled match.
Requirements: Teams must be AAU Registered. All coaches must have Medical Forms with them at all times for each of their players.
